[Family Day] Our innovation and technology hub Information Systems Asia Pacific (ISAP) in Singapore hosted its inaugural Family Day on Saturday, 5 July, for an afternoon marked by joy, connection, and a shared spirit of generosity. ?? ?? It marks the first international green bond issuance aligned with the updated Common Ground Taxonomy (#CGT) 2024. ?? Proceeds will support eligible green assets in the "Renewable energy" and "Clean transportation (general)" categories under ICBC Financial Leasing’s Sustainable Finance Framework. Developed by the International Platform on Sustainable Finance, the CGT 2024 represents significant advancements in global #sustainablefinance standards, enhancing interoperability of taxonomies across markets. We are excited to announce, alongside Indosuez Wealth Management in Italy, the closing of the financing in favour of a real estate fund managed by Kervis SGR and owned by a club deal of primary Italian and European #FamilyOffices, for the acquisition of an urban education campus located in Milan. ?? The campus represents a virtuous example of urban regeneration with a mixed use destination (office and education), being composed by 15 buildings for a total commercial area of ca. 27,000 sqm and having as anchor tenant NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, one of the top art academies in the world (the best in Italy). The financing was structured as a #GreenLoan aligned with Groupe Crédit Agricole's strategy. This widely recognised sustainability assessment method provides a framework for evaluating and improving the environmental, social, and economic performance of projects throughout their lifecycle, from design and construction to operation and refurbishment. ??
